FEATURES
Heavy-Duty Hybrid Case with a Plain-Back Design
This heavy-duty TPU + PC case combines a rugged rear profile, reinforced perimeter coverage and textured side sections for a practical protective assortment. Contrasting trim around the screen edge and camera area gives selected color versions a distinct appearance, while the plain rear design keeps the product focused on grip and coverage rather than an integrated stand.
For your iPhone 16 Series range, order the standard, Plus, Pro and Pro Max versions separately. This design suits wholesalers and retailers building a solid-color rugged collection with a clearly defined model and color mix. Compare it within our TPU + PC hybrid case collection, then approve the actual fitted sample, trim combination and packaging before confirming quantities.

Rugged Coverage and a Defined Side Grip
- TPU + PC construction: The case combines flexible and rigid material characteristics in one assembly, giving buyers a hybrid alternative to an all-soft shell.
- Substantial perimeter and corner coverage: The visible edge profile wraps the handset contact areas while preserving model-specific access to the controls and openings.
- Textured sides: The side texture creates a defined holding area for everyday hand use; the fitted sample determines grip comfort with the selected device.
- Plain rear shell: The back has no integrated stand or ring, keeping this version focused on the rugged shell, body finish and contrasting trim.
Choose this case for customers who want a solid, substantial feel rather than a built-in stand. Keep its body-and-trim combination identifiable when building a solid-color protective range.
Material, Camera Surround and Fit Checks
TPU contributes flexibility; PC contributes rigid support. The finished construction determines how those characteristics work together. Our TPU versus PC material guide explains the difference between flexible shells, rigid cases and hybrid designs.

On the approved sample, check that all corners seat correctly and that the case remains securely fitted during normal handling. Review the camera surround against the lens and flash openings, then check charging-port access, controls and the screen protector you intend to sell with the case.

Agree any impact-performance requirements through a defined sample evaluation. The rugged profile is a construction feature; a specific drop height or test grade needs its own agreed evidence. Keep the selected color and trim sample as the appearance reference for repeat orders.
Model and Color Guide
| iPhone 16 | Standard-model fitted version |
|---|---|
| iPhone 16 Plus | Separate Plus version |
| iPhone 16 Pro | Separate Pro version with matching camera and controls |
| iPhone 16 Pro Max | Separate Pro Max version; not interchangeable with Pro |
The color options are Blue, Maroon, Purple, Black, Matte black, Red, Gray, Army green, Pink and Dark gray. The photos show body-and-trim combinations; approve the combination and shade against the quoted color reference rather than treating every accent as a separate stock color.

If the assortment also needs a stand feature, compare our clear magnetic kickstand case for iPhone 16 Series as a separate design. Choose this heavy-duty plain-back version where the rugged shell and grip are the priority.
Plan the Model and Color Quantities
The order must meet both minimums: 50 pieces per color and 300 pieces per model. Six colors at 50 pieces each make one 300-piece model order. Three colors at 100 pieces each also meet that model minimum. A single 50-piece color line does not meet the complete model requirement.

Keep every handset model on its own order section, then list color, quantity and label reference beneath it. For a first run, concentrate the mix on the devices and colors your customers already buy, then use sales and reorder demand to expand the range.
Packing, Private Label and Delivery Planning
The standard unit option is an OPP bag. Confirm final package and carton dimensions, carton quantity and gross weight for the chosen order rather than treating a generic parcel reference as the finished case weight.
For a private-label project, send the logo artwork, intended position and pack/label brief. Confirm the feasible application method, color combination and any separate customization minimum on a finished sample. Our OEM and ODM services provide the wider project contact point.
Ask for an existing-case sample in the exact model and trim combination. Sample charges, shipping cost and preparation time need confirmation with that scope; approval should cover the full assembly rather than only a color chip.
The preparation reference is 7 days for agreed orders up to 5,000 pieces; larger orders require a confirmed schedule. Agree the start date, availability and branding/packing dependencies before scheduling dispatch. Sample preparation and freight transit are separate from this reference.
The exact model/color split, quantity, branding and packaging affect the quotation. Keep those items identical when comparing offers or reordering an approved version.
Quality Approval for the Fitted Hybrid Shell
Use the retained fitted sample and the agreed appearance brief as acceptance references. Define the following checks for the selected model and trim combination.
- Assembly and seating: Fit the phone and inspect all corners and visible joins against the approved complete assembly.
- Camera and screen edges: Check lens/flash clearance and the intended screen protector on the selected handset.
- Controls and access: Operate the covered buttons and insert the intended charging connector; inspect the port and speaker openings.
- Grip and finish: Compare side texture, rear surface, body shade and trim shade with the retained sample under consistent light.
- Packing and identification: Match model/color labels and packed quantities to the approved quantity matrix.
If an impact test is required, specify the method, setup and acceptance criterion separately before approval; the rugged outline alone does not establish a measured drop rating.
Questions About This Rugged Version
Can one 300-piece order be split across different handset models?
The 300-piece minimum applies to each model. Each color line must also meet 50 pieces. Splitting 300 pieces between two models does not meet the model minimum for either one.
Is a trim accent counted as a separate color?
Approve the complete body-and-trim combination as the order color reference. Do not split every visible accent into an assumed stock option.
Does the plain back include a stand or ring?
No integrated stand or ring is included in this version. Select a separate stand-equipped product if desk viewing is a core requirement.
Can a sample for one iPhone 16 model approve all four versions?
No. Keep the material and finish reference, but check seating, camera openings, controls and ports separately for iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max.
What should we retain for repeat orders?
Keep the exact model/color quantity matrix, a labeled complete sample, the approved body-and-trim combination and the packing/branding specification.
