  • Tell us which areas should be clear and which should have color.
  • Say whether you want to change an existing case or create a new design.
  • Ask whether your changes need new parts or a new mold.

Logo and artwork

  • Send vector artwork, intended dimensions and position.
  • Show where the logo should go. Keep camera, ring, stand and clear display areas in mind.
  • Ask which printing method suits the case. Check the logo’s appearance and rub resistance on a sample.

Retail Packaging

  • Choose a bag or box. List any insert card, barcode and model label you need.
  • Check that the packaging keeps the clear surface from rubbing.
  • Check a packed sample before approving the final print file.

Check Claims Before Using Them in Your Product Listing

Clear appearance A sample of the case you plan to order. Look for unwanted tint, cloudiness, specks and marks on the back and edges.
Yellowing resistance The material and a matching yellowing-test report, including test conditions and duration. A new clear sample cannot show how it will look after long use.
Magnetic / wireless use Your phone, charger and magnetic accessory models. Test attachment and charging with that combination. Ask for documents before claiming certification.
Protection or scratch claims A test report for the protection or scratch claim you need. Check what was tested and what passed. The word “shockproof” alone is not a test result.

Check a Sample Before You Order

  1. Fit: check the case on your phone for camera, port and button alignment and room for your screen protector.
  2. Appearance: clear back and edges under agreed lighting; logo size and position.
  3. Function: try your accessories, stand and cover, where included.
  4. Packing: check surface protection, barcode, phone model and color labels.
  5. Record: keep the sample number, photos, logo file version and any changes still needed.

A stock sample shows the existing case. Check a new sample if you change the logo, packaging or mold. Agree what will be checked in the bulk order.
