Metal Camera-Look Case for an Exterior Refresh
This metal camera-look transformation case gives an existing iPhone 16 Series handset a different exterior presentation through coordinated camera-area styling, a rear panel and a matching perimeter frame. The design is aimed at wholesalers and accessory retailers offering appearance-refresh products alongside conventional protective shells. Contrasting smooth and metallic-looking surfaces make color and camera detailing central to the product selection.
Within an iPhone 16 Series assortment, the fitted version must match the phone the customer actually owns. Choose the original handset first, then the exterior style and color. A clearly labeled range helps stores explain the product accurately and keeps similar-looking variants separate during picking, packing and reordering.

Coordinated Styling for an Appearance-Refresh Range
- Camera-area styling: The enlarged decorative camera zone is the main exterior change. It gives the range a distinct presentation while the openings remain specific to the original handset.
- Matching rear panel and perimeter frame: The coordinated components carry the selected finish around the phone. The separate frame is part of the case design, not a viewing stand.
- Color-led assortment: Silver, Blue and Orange references allow buyers to build a recognizable finish range; approve availability for each fitted version before selecting additional pictured tones.
This design suits an appearance-refresh project for customers keeping their existing iPhone. Select the original handset first, then the exterior look; that distinction belongs on both the retail label and the order sheet.
Select the Original Phone Before the Exterior Style
| iPhone 16 | 18 Pro-look exterior |
|---|---|
| iPhone 16 Pro | 18 Pro-look exterior |
| iPhone 16 Plus | 18 Pro Max-look exterior |
| iPhone 16 Pro Max | 18 Pro Max-look exterior |
The transformation is an exterior styling change. The phone retains its original hardware and camera functions. A case selected for an iPhone 16 does not become a fitted case for an actual iPhone 18 Pro simply because its exterior is described as an 18 Pro-look style.

Use both fields on the order sheet: for example, original phone: iPhone 16 Pro Max; exterior style: 18 Pro Max-look. Repeat that reference on the sample label and packing list. This is especially useful when several generations share a similar finished appearance.
Camera Openings, Frame Fit and Everyday Use
Review the complete fitted sample rather than the rear appearance alone. Check that the camera openings align, the flash is unobstructed and the perimeter sits securely. Then check buttons, charging-port access and the screen-edge fit with the screen protector intended for your range.

The metal design calls for a separate check of any intended wireless charger or mount. Test the actual phone, case and accessory combination before specifying compatibility. Camera-area coverage and frame fit should also be approved independently of the exterior color.
For a more conventional soft-shell option, compare our glossy TPU protective case for iPhone 16 Pro Max. Buyers organizing a broader protective range can also review the shockproof phone case collection and shortlist by structure and intended use.
Color and Finish Planning
Silver, Blue and Orange are the named color references. The photos also show additional pink, red, green and other tones; confirm the selected model/finish combination in the quotation. Do not assume every pictured tone is stocked for every original handset.

Review the camera surround, rear panel and perimeter frame together under consistent light. Record the approved shade and acceptable visible marks, and retain the complete sample as the reference for repeat orders.
Order Quantities, Samples and Preparation
Quantity by original model and color
The minimum is 20 pieces per model per color. Two original models in one color require at least 40 pieces when each line contains 20. Record the exterior style as well as the fitted handset so visually similar cases are not mixed during picking.
Sample and branding scope
Request a complete fitted sample with the selected rear panel, camera-area component and perimeter frame. Confirm the sample charge, dispatch cost and preparation period in the quotation. For a logo, send artwork, size and position; the application method must be approved on the chosen finish. Review our OEM and ODM services to define that project scope.
Packing and scheduling
Individual OPP packing is available. The single-package reference is 20 × 13 × 4 cm and approximately 40 g gross; confirm the final packed set for freight. These figures do not describe bare-case dimensions or net weight.
Preparation references are 10 days for up to 100 pieces and 15 days for 101–1,000 pieces. Larger or customized orders need a matched schedule. Confirm in the quotation when preparation starts and which sample or artwork approvals are needed first; shipping time is not included.
The fitted model, exterior style, color split, logo work and packing define the quote. Our phone case quotation cost guide explains how to compare the same order scope.
Quality Checks for the Complete Transformation Set
Agree the appearance and fit requirements against the approved complete sample, then define the following checks for the selected order.
- Component match: Compare the camera-area piece, rear panel and frame with the approved model/style combination; verify that the set is complete.
- Camera and flash access: Fit the case to the original handset and check the intended camera views and flash for obstruction.
- Frame seating and controls: Check edge seating, button operation, cable insertion and screen-protector clearance on that same phone.
- Finish and branding: Compare color, visible marks and logo location with the retained sample and approved artwork.
- Packing identity: Match each model/style/color label and quantity to the order lines, with all case components included.
Questions Before Selecting a Transformation Version
Does an 18 Pro-look style change which phone the case fits?
No. The original handset controls fit. For example, an iPhone 16 Pro Max version with an 18 Pro Max-look exterior is still selected for an iPhone 16 Pro Max, not an actual iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Does the camera-look treatment change the camera hardware?
It changes the external presentation. The phone keeps its original camera hardware and functions; approve the openings and flash clearance with the phone fitted.
Can we promise wireless charging with the metal design?
Approve the actual phone, case and intended charger or mount combination before making that compatibility statement. Supply the accessory reference with the sample request.
Which sample should we approve for a branded order?
Use the complete model-specific set in the selected finish, with the proposed logo applied. A loose panel alone does not establish frame fit, opening alignment or the appearance of the complete set.
